With the transition, everything went really well. The three-man moving crew was meticulous, hard-working, and efficient. They were very helpful, polite, and open to suggestions regarding the best way to organize the belongings at the storage facility. Given my satisfaction with their performance, I thought it was reasonable to tip them, and they were quite grateful. If anyone I know needs movers, I will recommend your company without reservation especially for the apartment move. Thanks a tone for all the help you have given me.

Door to Door service what does that mean. If you sign a contract with a delivery company for door to door would think you would have a pay another freight company to transfer you own property to another port.

I am ignorant of the shipping process with hired International movers to move our property to the Philippines.
Im thinking they would least educate us on the process. We paid over 4,000 for this service. Im thinking the remaining would be taxes and duties. Another $8000 final bill about $12,000. For products that are worth about $6000 but have sentimental value. There reply was we had the oppurtunity to ask any questions we wanted. I would never recommend or hire these guys again. Government should step in and shut these scammers down.

Sorry for the delayed response. We have been very pleased with International Movers Network for our two moves - from Washington to Paris and back to Washington. The packing and unpacking crews on both ends were exceptional - we were impressed that we were provided with an English-speaking crew for our packing out from Paris. They were very considerate, and the crews in Washington were very efficient. On the other hand, the crew in Paris took two days to pack out our stuff, which seemed unnecessary even though I know it was timed to coordinate with the container. Communication with your office was also very good - we had a good sense of where our container was at any given moment and the container arrived within a reasonable time at both destinations.

John from International Movers Network Inc made my 2 weeks of crazy packing a whole lot easier by providing me with extra boxes and bubble wrap since I ran out. She talked me through the different options of how to send my boxes, what the value would cost if I took large picture frames and how much each box would cost. She was very professional, knew her information and her customer service was on point!

I honestly would definitely recommend working with this company as they have made my move a lot easier then I had imagined and moving countries is something else!! Thank you so much John is working with me and sorry for all the questions and emails!

I had a great experience using this company to help me with my move from the Brooklyn to Marseille. I found them online was happy with their prices and I didn't look anywhere else.

I don't have a large apartment or a lot of things but only being out of the US for one year I wanted to keep some of my things in storage, guess what. They do storage too, I did take a few larger items like my piano and flatscreen too, but I left a bunch of things in the US. I watched the movers to be sure they were careful with my things and they were. A thing I liked that I bet all movers do is they marked the boxes with the items they contained so I wouldn't have to open every box to find something like a pot or a board game. I really liked that because I've moved many many times myself and I've never thought of that.

Anyway fast forward three weeks and I moved into my new apartment and that evening I met with the movers to move all my things in. The shipping obviously went well as all of my things were in good shape and even my bicycle which I put in a box was in great shape. I spent two days removing saran wrap from every dish and every bike tire and all my things were accounted for and well preserved.
I was so happy I used this same company when I moved overseas a few years later from SF.

I cannot fathom how much it sucks to move anywhere let alone half way across the country these guys are full service and do it ALL. From the sorting to the packing these guys handle your things with the utmost care and offer a friendly service as well. You can tell they actually enjoy their job, always a plus. If you're ever looking for a full service moving company that does it all. They offer shipping by freight or flight and for the price it is definitely worth it. This is a sure fire way not to find yourself on the floor stressing over where anything should go or struggling with taping boxes correctly. Also if you've ever packed up all your things and moved to another you will know it's time consuming. So thank you International Movers Network Inc, I owe you one.

I relocatted from Illinois, USA to Sydney, Australia and IMN moved my goods. There was about $6000 worth of damage and 6months later the insurance company (Custard Insurance Adjusters) want to pay $500 for the damage!
IMN has not helped with the claim at all, even though they were meant to be the only point of contact for the move.
Instead I have had to deal with 4 different companies for the move and insurance claim.
Stay away from this company!

In the ]beginning I was hesitated to choose your company since there are few negative comments on YELP website. I told Sasha (who is my first contact person at IMN) about that. Then John promptly called me back and explained about those negative comments and insured me that IMN is a good transport company and will try to do their best to support the clients. This quick response from IMN manager impressed me and it does show that you do care about your clients. The other thing that made me choose your company is the way that you follow up with me who is your client. I did not have experience with shipping before. When I had questions about packing or etc , .both Sasha and John would respond to my questions very fast which helped me lots. I am very happy that I made a right decision to choose IMN for shipping my household things. A container arrived at my place in Texas on time.The driver is very nice and very polite. The shipping company in Czech Republic is also very good and very efficient. They contacted us about the arrival of our container and informed us what they needed for paper work, customs and etc. My household things in the container arrived to Czech Republic in a very good shape and on the expected date without any problem. The driver of the contaner is also very nice and very polite. We are very happy and very pleased with both international movers network company and the company in Czech Republic. We would recommend your company for people who want to ship their belongings abroad from the US.We would rate your company five stars for our shipping.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about International Movers Network is that they are CHEAP—but you get what you pay for.

I had numerous conversations with IMN prior to my move indicating that I intended to move a valuable painting which was a precious family heirloom. They offered to move it for me in a custom-built crate for an extra $300. I agreed and provided precise measurements. On moving day, they showed up WITHOUT the crate, and when I called their manager he insisted that it would be built in the warehouse which he said was “how they always do it.” Put on the spot like that, at the last minute, days before my departure, I did not know what else to do but agree.

Months later when my shipment arrived and I removed the painting from the crate, there was a LARGE PUNCTURE through the center of the painting that only could have occurred prior to it being put inside the crate. I immediately called IMN and they were “very sorry” but offered to do absolutely nothing about it, insisting that I speak with the insurer. It was at this point, to my distress, that I realized that I had never seen a copy of the policy I had purchased. I demanded that they send me a copy, which they did, and it was ONLY THEN that I read that the policy DID NOT COVER FINE ART! Now, I fully realize that I should have requested to read the policy before purchasing it, but at the time, exhausted and overwhelmed with the details of moving myself and my family abroad, I had trusted IMN to convey the necessary information. They did not.

I followed up with numerous emails to them to complain about the lack of information and transparency, hoping that they would at least attempt to make it right by offering to refund some portion of what I paid them. Instead, each time they responded by INVALIDATING and CONTRADICTING each and every thing I had to say (just as they appear to do in response to negative reviews). In fact, IMN repeatedly insinuated that it was MY fault for purchasing the wrong insurance, which they claimed to have explained in detail to me. They did not (in fact, when questioned, the agent who “explained” it to me was unable to articulate the basic differences between the two policies they sell). Given we had had NUMEROUS conversations about the painting—which was (WAS!) far and away my most valuable possession—you would think that they would have had the good sense and decency to recommend a policy that would cover damage to paintings! They did not.

When you are in the middle of a stressful move, particularly an international move, your time and energy are spread extremely thin. You need a moving company that you can trust not only to protect your valued belongings, but also to care about YOU, take the time to understand your needs, and go the extra mile to meet them. It’s worth paying a little extra for the privilege.

Ultimately, the money I saved by going with IMN has cost me dearly. I regret each and every day my choice to hire them.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3200

I used the service to move from Atlanta to France, I provided them with a full list of my goods including my electric piano. On the packing day, they refused to take my electric piano, because they said it wasn't on the list and that it needs special packaging and that I had to pay more for it, by the end they charged me more than discussed. Then my shipment arrived 3 weeks later than the due date, with missing boxes. When I emailed the New York office where I signed the contract, they said that they had nothing to do with it and that I needed to contact the Netherland service. After receiving my shipment 2 months ago I am still in the process of trying to find my missing boxes. They don't reply to emails.

I do not recommend their service.

Avoid these movers, the cost of our shipment was inflated almost 3x the quoted price.

When we initially contracted these movers we were told basic disassembly would be included in the move. However many of the items taken were not disassembled leaving them bulkier. Many boxes were also packed with empty space in them where more stuff could have fitted inside.

When we were told our total volume it was 3x what the volume was when we moved previously. We have bought some new items but not 3x the amount of stuff. When we questioned them about this they simply said "you have more items listed". But our previous company would list - Bed where as these movers list all the parts of your bed creating more items.

Our experience has been that they will do whatever they can to inflate the price and then be extremely unreasonable and uncommunicative in resolving the matter.

In the end we were forced to contact another more reliable shipping company to collect the goods from them.

Initial negotiations were very straightforward and the quote was competitive. Pickup of property occurred quickly, despite being in busy season, and loading was meticulous. Passage to Australia took less time than I expected given the chaos with international shipping at the time of my move due to the COVID pandemic. The container traveled on three ships without significantly delays, and the agents in Melbourne expedited the goods through Customs and delivered the goods efficiently. Everything arrived in good order, and I could not be happier with the service.
